- Conditions When the following conditions are met at the same time: - Transferring data to a device with a newly installed "Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle" - Selecting "Download All" upon the first login

Should you encounter this issue, please try to resolve it by tapping "Data Repair -> Clear Cache" on the title screen in a place with a stable network connection.

This issue is scheduled to be fixed at a later date. Once it is resolved, we will inform you via an in-game announcement.
