This notice concerns enhancements to the security features of the Bandai Namco ID used for data linking.

To help prevent unauthorized access to personal information registered to a Bandai Namco ID, two-factor authentication for email address/password login verification has been introduced in addition to the standard password login.

We strongly recommend that users who have not yet enabled two-factor authentication do so for their Bandai Namco ID.
